CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

One of the hottest trends in fitness, BARRE is a ballet and pilates inspired full body workout that is the perfect training for any age, fitness level or medical condition. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles. We use no or low weights with high repetitions and it’s a great place to start even for beginners!
Transform your physique through BODY FUSION, you’ll discover an approach to shaping your body combing various disciplines of movement aimed at increasing your overall mobility. This fusion class incorporates elements from Pilates, resistance exercises, yoga and functional strength training. You’ll get all of this in just ONE 45 minute class, maximising your workout and your time! Join this challenging and dynamic workout where you’ll gain strength, muscle, definition, flexibility, balance and overall mind-body health.
REFORM is a full body workout mixing 45 second bursts of activity with periods of low activity. It’s a workout that’s both fun and effective. REFORM has proven to be one of the most effective forms of exercise for losing weight. You’ll do exercises on treadmills & steps and use slam balls, dumbbells and your own bodyweight which makes reform the ultimate full body workout experience.
Our LOWER BODY class is specifically focused on increasing core and lower body strength, throwing in your favourite exercises to sculpt your lower body to perfection. We combine slam balls, dumbbells, your body weight with treadmill and step based exercises for a well balanced and mixed workout that is effective and will never get you bored. All levels.
Our CORE class is fully focused on improving muscle tone and core strength, working your abs and lower back to shape lean and toned abdominals and a tight waist. All exercises in our workouts have options to accommodate all levels, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
Extreme athlete Andrei Rosu (link) designed this special runner's inspired workout for people looking to improve their overall cardio and functional fitness. RUN is a mash-up of running and functional strength training. You’ll improve your running through speed, resistance and interval-based drills with active recovery periods and running focused strength training. Runner’s high for all levels. It's fun and effective.
Our special REFORM beginners' class is ideal for people that haven't worked out in a while, are new to functional training or just want a bit more guidance and explanation. The perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey!

RUMBLE is a boxing inspired high intensity workout experience. You need zero boxing experience. You will combine punching our special teardrop style, water-filled bags with cardio and bodyweight exercises at 3 different stations. Every exercise lasts 45 seconds. This workout is for all levels. The beat is rocking, the lights are sexy, and the vibe is 100% energizing.
